Democratization of art

I love this concept of democratization of art. That is what art is supposed to be about. It’s about peoples interpretation of things. Nobody should own data. There are several examples of art finally becoming more accessible. Open street map is one of them, where people like you and me have made a map of the world that anyone can take and do whatever they want with it. Another cool example of democratization of art is the Johnny Cash Project where people get to contribute their own piece of art in the music video. It all comes down to not having to obey these stupid copyright laws that are not suitable for modern society. This clip demonstrates it well.
